Dust Cover Issue

If the issue is related to transparency, please note that the dust cover has protective films attached on both sides. Make sure to remove the protective films first to see if that resolves the problem.


If the transparency looks fine and the cover appears to be damaged, please describe the damage in detail or attach a photo, and send it along with the information below so we can assist you further.

Missing PVC Sheet

The PVC sheet should be included inside the pouch. Please double-check the contents carefully, as it may be tucked inside or attached to another part. If you still can’t find it, please provide the following information so we can assist you further:

LED / Light Malfunction

Step 1.

  • Locate the on/off switch on the battery box and make sure it is turned ON.
  • If it’s set to OFF, please switch it to ON.


Step 2.

Find the light control button on your miniature kit. The type of button varies by model:

  1. A regular on/off switch — usually found on the side of the item
  2. A power button icon — also typically located on the side
  3. A touch switch — usually located on the top side or top front decorative edge of the miniature

    If the light still does not work after following these steps, please provide the following information so we can assist you further:
  • Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or a photo of the product with our brand logo clearly visible)
  • Model number of your kit
  • Part number (if available)
  • Your full name
  • Shipping address
  • Email address

Tracking Number Issue

The tracking number you receive is automatically generated by Shopify. During our shipping process, the tracking number may sometimes be changed by our shipping team. When this happens, the new tracking information needs to be updated manually in the system.

If there is a high volume of shipments, this update may take a little longer than usual. Please note that your order has not been canceled.

Once the update is complete, the new tracking number will display correctly on your order page. If your tracking information has not been updated after 24 hours, please contact us by email for assistance. We always do our best to update tracking information as quickly as possible to prevent this issue from occurring.

No glue included in my kit

The following models do not include glue — MIN105, MIN106, MIN201, MIN202, MIN203, MIN501, MIN502, and MIN503.

For best results, we recommend using 3-In-1 Advanced Craft Glue.

Refund

It typically takes 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
